Organic wholemeal flour T150 is used for the manufacture of integral breads, buns her, pies and pasta in the preparation of sauces and pastries. It can be used alone or in addition to more traditional flours. It gives a darker dough, which rises more slowly compared to other types of flour and bread will be formed denser.

Why should we use organic wholemeal flour?
