Detox, short for detoxification, is the body's natural, ongoing process of neutralizing and eliminating toxins. Toxins are substances that can potentially harm body tissue, such as waste products that result from normal cell activity (like ammonia, lactic acid, and homocysteine) and chemicals that we are exposed to in our environment, food, and water.

Naturally, the liver, intestines, kidneys, lungs, skin, blood, and lymphatic systems work together to transform toxins to less harmful compounds and excrete them from the body. Coupling with intermittent fasting (hence the late start of 1st meal of the day), HOC 5 Day Vegan Detox is designed to help facilitate this process, so your body can reap the best results. So what to expect for HOC 5 Day Vegan Detox?

Day 1: 1 meal + 3 drinks
+ 11am Made in India cold-pressed juice (Turmeric, Apple, Orange, Carrot).
+ 1pm Garlicky kale + Wonton miso soup.
+ 5pm 50 Shades of Green juice (Kale, Spinach, Celery, Lettuce, Cucumber, Apple, Lemon, Ginger).
+ 7pm Macadamia & lotus nut milk.

Day 2: 1 meal + 3 drinks
+ 11am In Love With the Coco cold-pressed juice (Coconut, Lime, Chia seeds).
+ 1pm kimchi soup + Cashew nut tossed brown rice noodle.
+ 5pm Love Potion juice (Watermelon, Strawberries, Mint leaves).
+ 7pm Macadamia & lotus nut milk.

Day 3: 1 light meal + 5 drinks
+ 11am 50 Shades of Green juice (Kale, Spinach, Celery, Lettuce, Cucumber, Apple, Lemon, Ginger).
+ 1pm Highland red rice with lotus root and mixed greens congee.
+ 3pm Made in India juice (Turmeric, Apple, Orange, Carrot).

Day 4: 6 drinks

+ 9pm Yellow Fever cold-pressed juice (Pineapple, Lime, Ginger, Apple).

Day 5: 6 drinks
+ 11am Made in India cold-pressed juice (Turmeric, Apple, Orange, Carrot).
+ 1pm Macadamia & lotus nut milk
+ 3pm Love portion cold-pressed juice (Watermelon, Strawberries, Mint leaves).
+ 5pm 50 Shades of Green (Kale, Spinach, Celery, Lettuce, Cucumber, Apple, Lemon, Ginger).
+ 7pm In love with the coco (Coconut, Lime, Chia seeds).
+ 9pm Yellow Fever cold-pressed juice (Pineapple, Lime, Ginger, Apple).

ATTENTION! To make sure you get the best result possible, please do the following:

PREPARATION: 2 days before detox - no caffein, eat light: more vegetables and soup, less to no meat & seafood. Ask us if you would like to order our nutrition designed weekly meals. 

DURING: listen closely to your body, refrain from extreme exercise or hard physical work, drink at least 2 liters of water, if hungry drink coconut juice.

POST: 5 days after detox - no caffein for 5 days, eat light: more vegetables and soup, less to no meat & seafood.  Ask us if you would like to order our nutrition designed weekly meals.
